Virtual Hiring
Run High-Volume Hiring From One Workflow
Employers can use Airaw to run campus and virtual hiring drives, distribute assessments and manage candidate progression — from registration to offer — in one configurable workflow.
A typical drive
- 1Registration
- 2Screening
- 3Assessment
- 4Technical Interview
- 5HR Interview
- 6Offer
This is an example. Employers start from a drive template — including one for bulk virtual drives — and can add, remove and reorder stages to match their own process.
An illustrative example
Suppose 500 candidates register for a virtual drive. The recruiter selects every eligible candidate at once — the selection is made on the server, so it covers all matching candidates, not just the page on screen — and sends one assessment. Airaw sends each candidate one invitation, even if the action is repeated. As results arrive, the recruiter filters for candidates above the score they have chosen and moves the selected candidates to the interview stage.
Automatic movement only happens if the employer has configured it for that stage — for example, advancing candidates who pass. Unscored, expired or technically failed attempts are never routed automatically, and nothing is rejected or hired unless the employer has set it up that way or a recruiter decides.
What the workflow covers
Online and virtual drives
Airaw creates the drive's online room; registered candidates can join only during the check-in window.
Campus targeting
Open to everyone, all Airaw campuses, or selected campuses.
Registration management
Registrations with eligibility evaluated against the drive's rules.
Candidate filtering
Search, filter and sort a server-paged applicant table.
Bulk selection and invitations
Select all matching candidates and send assessments with progress and retry.
Duplicate prevention
Each candidate receives one invitation per stage.
Completion and score tracking
See who has completed, their score, rank and recommendation.
Automatic or manual stage movement
Move candidates yourself, or let configured rules advance them.
Interview scheduling
Panels, interviewer availability, candidate slot selection and Airaw interview rooms.
Feedback and decisions
Private interviewer feedback, final decisions, offers and joining.
The drive dashboard
- Real applicant counts and assessment and interview metrics.
- A stage funnel showing how many candidates are at each stage.
- A needs-attention queue that lists candidates waiting on a recruiter, with the reason.
- Every stage move and bulk action recorded in an audit trail.
Several recruiters and interviewers from the same company can work on a drive with their own accounts, and each only sees what their role allows. See also campus hiring.
