About Airaw

Airaw is an AI Career & Talent Intelligence OS that connects career development, student readiness, institutional talent intelligence and employer recruitment in one intelligent ecosystem. It operates at airaw.ai.

What Airaw is

Career development and recruitment are usually handled by separate, disconnected systems: one set of tools helps a person grow, another set decides whether they are hired, and neither can see the other's evidence. Airaw exists to close that gap. It represents careers, requirements, skills and evidence as structured data, and uses that single structure for the individual, the institution and the employer.

Airaw is not merely a job portal, and it is not a conventional applicant tracking system. It is also not a learning management system, an interview bot or a résumé builder. Airaw includes capabilities that overlap with each of those, but they are components of a broader career and talent intelligence platform.

The three-sided ecosystem

Students and job seekers

Individuals set a target career and see what it actually requires. Airaw covers target roles, career readiness, skill gaps, roadmaps, training, assessments, communication skills, practical evidence and preparation for employment. One career profile is kept for life, owned by the individual.

Institutes

Colleges, universities, campuses, placement cells and Training & Placement Offices get a real view of student readiness: readiness understanding, monitoring of skills and development, placement activity, assessments and mock hiring, and connections between eligible students and employer opportunities.

Employers

Employers run hiring drives with eligibility rules, candidate screening, assessments, communication checks, interview scheduling, evaluation and hiring pipelines — supported by explainable candidate intelligence rather than keyword matching.

What makes Airaw different?

Airaw connects the career-development side and the recruitment side using career and talent intelligence. The evidence a student accumulates while preparing is the same evidence a placement cell reports on and the same evidence an employer screens against. Nothing has to be re-entered, re-claimed or taken on trust.

  • One structured model of careers, requirements and evidence, shared by all three sides.
  • Readiness measured from evidence, with missing evidence reported as unknown rather than failure.
  • Explainable intelligence: every score carries the requirement and evidence behind it.
  • Human decisions: Airaw structures and explains, people decide.
  • Role-driven experience: what a student sees adapts to their active target role.

How we handle data

Every account sees only what its role permits, enforced in the database rather than only in the interface. Individuals control their own profile and choose whether employers can discover them. Full detail is on the Security & Trust and Privacy pages.
