Communication is one of the most consistently cited hiring requirements and one of the least visible on a résumé. Airaw treats communication readiness as a first-class, structured signal for students, institutes and employers.
What a communication check is
A communication check is a structured exercise in which a candidate responds to prompts under defined conditions. Responses are evaluated against a rubric, producing a result with the criteria attached rather than a bare number.
What it is used for
- Students — see communication readiness for a target role and practise before real interviews.
- Institutes — understand communication readiness across a cohort and prepare students before employer drives.
- Employers — run communication evaluation as a configured stage in a hiring drive, with results attached to the candidate's pipeline record.
What we do not claim
Airaw does not claim perfect accuracy, and does not claim that automated evaluation eliminates bias. A communication result is one input among several. It is presented with its rubric so a person can review it, and recruiters can override it with a recorded reason.
