Airaw Talent Record

Your Career Profile Should Show More Than Claims

The Airaw Talent Record combines candidate-entered information with system-generated and evidence-backed career signals. Airaw helps candidates move from claims to evidence.

Why a resume alone is not enough

A traditional resume is written by the candidate. It lists what the candidate says they know, and the reader has to take it on trust or test it again. That is slow for employers and unfair to candidates who have real ability but little experience in presenting it.

The Airaw Talent Record keeps the candidate's own information and adds structured evidence gathered along their Airaw journey: assessment results, reviewed projects, verified certifications, communication checks and interview practice. Each item is labelled by where it came from, so anyone reading the record can tell a claim from a result.

What a Talent Record contains

Education

Course, branch, institution and graduation details.

Skills

Skills and tools the candidate works with, plus evidence behind them.

Projects

Project work, with a review status where it has been reviewed.

Certifications & achievements

Certificates and achievements, marked verified once checked.

Target role

The role the candidate is preparing for, which gives the rest context.

Career Readiness Score

Role-specific readiness with strengths and gaps.

Assessments

Results from Airaw assessments the candidate has taken.

Communication & interview practice

Communication checks and AI mock interview feedback.

Who writes each part

Candidates can edit their own information. What they cannot do is award themselves results. Each part of the record falls into one of these groups:

Self-entered

Personal details, education, skills, project descriptions, certificates uploaded and career preferences. The candidate owns and edits these.

System-generated

The Career Readiness Score, skill gaps, roadmap progress and next best action. Airaw calculates these on the server from the evidence available; they cannot be typed in.

Assessment-derived

Scores from assessments, communication checks and AI mock interviews. Scoring and timing run on the server, and answer keys are never sent to the browser.

Verified and reviewed

Items that have been checked — for example a reviewed project or a verified certification. A candidate cannot mark their own item as verified.

Value for students

  • See which evidence strengthens readiness for your target role, and which gaps matter most.
  • Keep one record as you move from study to your first job — changing your target role keeps your past progress.
  • When you apply to a drive, a snapshot of your record is shared with that employer, with your consent.

Value for employers

Employers can evaluate structured candidate intelligence in addition to conventional resume information: assessment results, reviewed evidence and readiness for the role they are hiring for. The application snapshot is frozen at the time of applying, so the recruiter sees exactly what the candidate submitted. Employers only see candidates who applied to their drives or who have agreed to be discovered. Learn more on the employers page.
