How Airaw Works

Airaw is an AI Career & Talent Intelligence OS for students, institutions and employers. Students build evidence of their readiness for a target role, campuses see that readiness across their students, and employers use it to run structured campus and virtual hiring drives.

One platform, three connected sides

Career preparation and hiring are usually handled by separate tools that cannot see each other. Airaw keeps them on one structure. The skills, projects, assessments and interview practice a student builds up are the same signals a placement cell reviews and the same signals an employer screens against — subject to the student's consent and the privacy rules of each side.

For students and job seekers

  1. 1Build Talent Record
  2. 2Select Target Role
  3. 3Generate Career Readiness Score
  4. 4Understand Skill Gaps
  5. 5Follow Personalized Roadmap
  6. 6Practice Interviews
  7. 7Participate in Hiring Opportunities

After signing up, a student adds their education, skills and projects, then chooses a target role. Airaw compares what the student has shown so far with what that role requires, and produces a Career Readiness Score with the strongest areas, the main gaps and a single next best action.

The student's career journey is organised into stages — profile, direction, education, preparation, and proof & placement — each made up of milestones such as learning, practice, assignments, assessments, projects, internships, communication checks and AI mock interviews. Completing an activity on its own does not raise the score; the score moves when the student produces evidence the role actually requires, such as a passed assessment or a reviewed project.

Students can also discover jobs and hiring drives, check their eligibility, apply, track each application and withdraw if they change their mind. Everything they build is kept in their Airaw Talent Record.

For institutions and campuses

  1. 1Connect Students
  2. 2View Student Intelligence
  3. 3Understand Placement Readiness
  4. 4Join Employer Drives
  5. 5Invite Eligible Students
  6. 6Track Placement Outcomes

Every campus on Airaw has an Airaw Campus Code. Students link to their campus using that code or through campus-managed student imports, and the campus sees readiness across its students by course, branch and batch. When an employer opens a drive to Airaw campuses or invites a campus directly, the placement team can accept, see which students meet the drive's eligibility rules and invite them. An invitation is not an application: each student still decides whether to apply, and eligibility is checked again on the server at the moment they do.

For employers

  1. 1Create Hiring Drive
  2. 2Choose Campuses
  3. 3Receive Applications
  4. 4Screen Candidates
  5. 5Send Assessments in Bulk
  6. 6Shortlist by Results
  7. 7Schedule Interviews
  8. 8Make Hiring Decisions

Employers create a hiring drive, choose its audience — open to everyone, open to all Airaw campuses with employer approval, or selected campuses only — and configure the stages it runs through. Applicants appear in a drive dashboard with a server-paged applicant table, stage funnel and a needs-attention queue. Recruiters can send an assessment to every matching candidate at once, filter by results and move selected candidates to interviews. Several people from the same company can work on a drive with their own individual accounts.

What Airaw uses to make its assessments

Target-role requirements

What a specific role expects — skills, education and evidence.

Candidate evidence

Assessments, reviewed projects, verified certifications and interview practice.

Explainable output

Scores come with reasons, strengths and gaps rather than a bare number.

Human decisions

AI never hires or rejects on its own; recruiters make hiring decisions.

Privacy and control

  • Candidate information is shared with employers according to the candidate's consent and the drive they apply to.
  • Access is role-based: campus staff see their own campus, employers see their own drives.
  • Important actions — stage moves, bulk operations, invitations — are recorded in an audit trail.
