Having trouble accessing Airaw from your organisation?
Company networks and managed devices apply their own firewall, proxy and web-filtering rules. If Airaw does not open at work, these four steps usually resolve it quickly.
1. Capture the exact block message
Take a screenshot of the full page you see, including any reference or transaction ID. The wording tells us which layer stopped the request.
2. Note which security product is shown
Block pages usually name the vendor — for example Microsoft Defender SmartScreen, Zscaler, Netskope, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Umbrella or a Forcepoint/Sophos gateway — or they may simply say "blocked by your organisation".
3. Send the details to Airaw support
Email info@airaw.ai with:
- Your organisation name
- Date and time of the attempt, and your country
- The exact Airaw URL you opened
- Browser and version (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
- The screenshot of the block page and any reference ID
- The security vendor shown, if any
- Whether the same page opens on a personal network (mobile hotspot)
Airaw will never ask for your password, one-time code or any credential. Do not include them.
4. Share the requirements page with your IT team
Our IT & network requirements page lists every hostname, port, cookie and browser requirement, and our Security & Trust page describes the platform's protections. Most IT teams only need these two pages to allow Airaw.
What happens next
We record each report as an access incident — organisation, affected URL, time, vendor and outcome — so we can tell whether the cause sits with Airaw, with a reputation provider, or with the organisation's own policy. Where a reputation provider has classified Airaw incorrectly, we submit the correction through that provider's official review process.
