A student chooses a career direction — engineering, data, design, public service, business or another pathway in the Airaw career catalogue — and the platform aligns requirements, learning, practice and evidence to that role. Change the target role and the experience reshapes around it, while past progress and the student's Talent Record are preserved.

An AI career coach explains why a gap exists, what evidence would close it, and what to do next. Guidance is explainable: every recommendation points back to the requirement it addresses.
