Airaw connects employers with participating campuses. Employers decide which campuses can take part in a drive, campuses decide whether to participate and which eligible students to invite, and students decide whether to apply.
Two ways an employer can reach campuses
When creating a campus drive, the employer chooses its audience in a required Audience step. Campus drive types are never silently opened to everyone.

A third option, open to everyone, is available for drives that are not campus-specific. Employers manage participating campuses after publishing from a Campuses tab; removing a campus does not delete applications already made.
What campuses can do
- Receive an Airaw Campus Code that students use to link to the campus.
- Link students by code or through campus student imports.
- See student intelligence and readiness across courses, branches and batches.
- See employer opportunities open to the campus and accept or decline participation.
- View the students who meet a drive's eligibility rules, filter and search them, and invite one, several or all matching students.
- Follow the placement pipeline and placement analytics; placement CRM features depend on the campus plan.
A campus invitation is not an application. Students receive it in the app and by email, decide for themselves, and eligibility is checked again on the server when they apply. Invitations are sent once per student; resending is an explicit action.
What employers can do
- Select campuses and control which campuses participate.
- Set eligibility rules such as course, branch, graduation year and academic criteria.
- Receive and review applications in a paged applicant table.
- Send assessments to all matching candidates at once.
- Schedule panel interviews or run AI interview stages.
- Record final decisions, offers and joining outcomes, with per-campus participation metrics.
What students can do
- Receive opportunities shared by their campus.
- See whether they meet a drive's eligibility rules, and why.
- Register or apply, and track the application.
- Complete assessments and attend interviews.
