AI Interviewer
Practice the Interview Before It Matters
Airaw's AI interviewer runs role-specific mock interviews and returns structured feedback, so students can find and fix weak spots before a real interview. Employers can also include an AI interview stage inside their own hiring drives.
Practice interviews for students
A mock interview on Airaw is built around the student's target role. Questions are chosen for that role, so a data analyst and a sales executive get different interviews. Students can prepare for:
- Target-role interviews based on the role's requirements.
- Resume-based questions drawn from the student's own profile.
- Job-description-based questions for a specific opening.
- Behavioural questions about past situations and decisions.
- Technical preparation, where the role and question bank support it.
- HR interview preparation.

What the AI interviewer does not do
The AI interviewer evaluates the answers given in the interview against the role. It does not determine a person's personality, intelligence or honesty, and it does not decide whether someone should be hired. Its feedback is a practice aid and a structured signal, not a verdict.
Employer-sponsored AI interviews
Practice interviews and employer hiring interviews are different contexts. When an employer includes an AI interview stage in a hiring drive, eligible candidates in that drive complete it as part of that employer's hiring process.
How the hiring version differs
- Questions are generated for the employer's job and fixed before the candidate starts.
- Each answer is final once submitted.
- Candidates do not see their scores; the hiring team sees per-answer scores with reasons, quotes and competency breakdowns.
- The AI never advances or rejects a candidate on its own — a recruiter makes that decision.
- An employer's AI interview does not use up the student's own practice interview allowance.
Human interviews on Airaw
For later rounds, employers can schedule panel interviews in Airaw. Candidates pick from available slots, and interviews take place in an Airaw interview room that opens only around the scheduled time, with private interviewer feedback recorded afterwards.
